Be Kind To Yourself (And Others) Mental Health Fair
Created in 2021 as a response to increasing back-to-school anxiety, The Beehive Alliance has partnered with Seeds of Caring to host an annual free mental health fair. The goal is to provide children with tools that they can use to protect and strengthen their mental health all school year long. Participants work their way through the fair completing their kindness passports. They'll practice yoga and breathing exercises, create affirmations, plant mental health gardens, create kindness kits and more!
